Bulk SEO editor

Edit hundreds of titles and meta descriptions in one workspace. Import a CSV, apply reusable patterns and download your changes. No signup required.

Free to use · Account required to save

Up to 1,000 rows and 50 columns. Edit the CSV directly or apply patterns below. Your file stays in this browser until you choose to save it.

One pattern. Every row.

Use column names inside {{braces}}. Leave a pattern empty to keep that field.

Review the table before exporting. Downloading does not update your website. Formula-like spreadsheet cells are escaped for safer imports.

From idea to a useful result

01

Import your page data

Start with a CSV containing a URL and useful attributes such as product name, service or location. Comma and semicolon separators are supported, including quoted fields. Keep existing metadata columns to compare or reuse your content.

02

Build useful metadata at scale

Insert a column name inside double braces to customize each row. Apply separate patterns to meta_title and meta_description. Empty patterns keep the existing field. Unknown columns produce a visible error instead of silently removing information.

03

Review before publishing

Read the generated table and download a CSV for your publishing workflow. Check that each title describes the actual page and that descriptions give visitors a clear reason to visit. A repetitive template does not replace accurate page information.

Bulk editing for WordPress, Shopify and Webflow

The public CSV editor works with data from any CMS. Import the exported columns using the mapping required by your publishing tool. For connected sites, open Connected project to use your existing CMS editor, bulk operation history and reviewed SEO proposals. Available fields and actions depend on the integration. Signing in protects access to your site; importing a public CSV never writes to your CMS automatically.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the bulk SEO editor without an account?

Yes. Import, edit, preview and download up to 1,000 CSV rows without registration. A free account is needed to save a workspace or open a connected project.

Does downloading a CSV publish changes?

No. Downloading produces a file. CMS changes require signing in, choosing an authorized project and explicitly saving or applying reviewed changes in the connected editor.

Will it preserve my existing bulk operations?

Yes. Existing project operations and their history remain available under Connected project. Old app links now open this public tool.

How are spreadsheet formulas handled?

Cells beginning with formula-like characters are prefixed with an apostrophe in exported CSV files. Review field mapping and text values before importing the file into a CMS.
